Sea urchins are a delicacy in many parts of the world. During the sea urchin season, we purchase directly from our fishermen who dive in the Bay of Fundy scoping for these purple and spiky sea urchin at the bottom of the sea, ensuring that we obtain the freshest products. Our products are shipped to the United States for processing, where our sea urchins are generally served enjoyed as fresh sashimi and sushi.

Our clams are sourced and dug directly from the low tides, exposing the tidal flats of the Bay of Fundy. Purchased daily from our clam diggers, our clams are freshly processed and packaged to be delivered across North America. Most of our clams are served in restaurants, where many customers enjoy its meaty, delicate, and chewy textures.

Point queen fisheries periwinkle

Periwinkles are considered a delicacy in Asian cuisine. During the Bay of Fundy's low tides, periwinkles can be commonly found in groups attached to rocks and under kelp, where they are individually hand picked. Our periwinkles are assessed and graded ensuring its quality, freshness, and size. They are then packaged and shipped live to our customers in North America, particularly in Toronto and New York, where our periwinkles are enjoyed in many Asian restaurants for its sweet and salty flavours of the sea.
